I was first introduced to homeopathy in the 1980s when a friend who ‘dabbled’ gave me a remedy for insomnia with remarkable results. I then began to self prescribe for minor ailments, and a few years later I began to see a professional homeopath for all my medical treatment. I was so impressed with the results I experienced that eventually I decided on a career change and completed a four year professional training course, qualifying in 2004.
I am registered with the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths (ARH) and practise according to their Code of Ethics & Practice and the National Occupational Standards for Homeopathy.
Since qualifying I have become interested in Bailey flower essences and will sometimes prescribe these as well as homeopathic remedies where I feel it will be beneficial and the patient is agreeable to taking an essence.
