Homeopathy is a gentle but powerful system of holistic medicine which uses natural substances in minute doses to stimulate the body's natural healing response. If we cut ourselves our bodies will automatically repair the damage, broken bones mend themselves needing only to be kept in the correct position whilst the healing takes place. All parts of the body have the potential for self healing but sometimes additional help is needed which is when a homeopathic remedy can be used to stimulate the natural healing process. Homeopathy can be used in conjunction with conventional medicines, and can be used to treat longstanding conditions, acute illnesses and for first aid situations.
